Overview

The lddmm-surface Validation section provides input data, processing and visualization examples for lddmm-surface to ensure correctness of the resultant data. These examples are useful tests when LDDMM is run on new environments of platforms.

Hippocampus Test

Hippocampus Input in tar+gzip format : Two Human Hippocampi.

Output in tar+gzip format : Value of momentums over time, final distance, costs, deformed template
