We now have fully gathered vtk files for some datasets. Experimented with different visualizations. Examples can be seen here:

Attended Faisal's thesis defense. Good work!

Created an example movie (MPEG - 455 KB) from Patientdef* files. Still images were created with this Python script

Here is a second movie (MPEG - 630 KB). This movie was created using one timestep from the Patientdef files, and includes a moving vector cut plane. In addition, vectors below a certain threshold were removed, and the remaining vectors were lengthened by a factor of 2 for increased visibility.

Last week I worked on getting multi-channel data into vtk. I have fixed some errors in the blox to vtk file version and I can now take multi-channel data back and forth between LDDMM VTK and BLOX. I am currently working on reading the multicomponents in VTK and I have not yet found how to get the 2 and 3 channels to display. I will work on that and on getting display of faisl's data this week.

This week I have finished working on 1 component VTI VTK files. I have tested and verified this week the LDDMM file to Blox conversion and I have tested 1 channel VTI VTK files as well.
