2.Obtain a Federal Employer Identification Number from the IRS. https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/sa_vign/newFormSS4.do or contact 1.800.829.1040 (or ssn)

3. Establish your tax accounts with the Maryland Comptroller of the Treasury，

4.Contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the jurisdiction of your business location regarding business licenses or at Mdcourts.gov
