1. Change Eye Color:
    a. Select eye, 
    b. "layer"-"New Adjustment Layer"-"Hue/Saturation"
    c. Modify R-G-B to choose color
    d. Click "Styles"-"Mask"-"Increase Feather =5px" to performance edge
      
2. Smoothing Skin
    a. Duplicate Layer
    b. Filter "Blur" or "Smart Blur"
    c. Move original picture to top layer
    d. Use brush tool clear skin area.
    
3. Warp Image
    a. Use whole picture or select area, "Edit"-"Free Trandorma"-"Switch to Warp"
    b. Hold one point and drag up-down or left-right
    c. Warp option can be select as flag, fish ...
    
4. Puppet Warp
    a. Select area
    b. "Edit"-"Fill", use "Content-Aware"
    c. or cut selcte first to new layer for move to other place after "Fill" 
    
5. Remove dot or line
    a. Use "Spot Healing Brush Tool" highlight the dot or ling you want to delet.
    b. Check "Content-Aware"

6. LENS CORRECTION
	FILTER >  LENS CORRECTION > Custom
	In the Transform box move the Vertical Perspective and Horizontal Perspective sliders 

7. Lens Flare 
	Create new black layer, Filter-Render-Lens Flare-Screen

	C+A+2 select high light area (Tone Curve panel)
	Invert, cope layer
	Change Normal to "Screen"
	Drop to new layer to more light

Illustrator --- Draw dashed line
You use the Stroke panel (Window > Stroke) to specify whether a line is solid or dashed, the dash sequence and other dash adjustments if it is dashed, the stroke weight, the stroke alignment, the miter limit, arrowheads, width profiles, and the styles of line joins and line caps.

You can apply stroke options to an entire object, or you can use Live Paint groups and apply different strokes to different edges within the object.
