Research Interests
* Cross Platform Application Development: Have written and are writing cross platform medical imaging software in Java and currently in C++ using the Qt toolkit on Windows, MacOSX and Linux.
* Quantitative Medical Imaging, Visualization and Analysis: Interested in development of algorithms and data structures for working with MR data of the Brain and Heart.
* Open Source Software Development: Work to extend VTK, ITK, and ParaView for use with medical imaging data.
* Graphical User Interface Design: Develop graphical interfaces, based on ParaView, for the visualization of and interaction with medical imaging data.
* XML based data formats: Interested in developing human and machine readable data formats for storing medical imaging data and meta-data.
