Assistant Research Professor
Center for Imaging Science
Department of Biomedical Engineering
The Johns Hopkins University
I started my career in imaging science studying the physics of image formation, and understanding how transformations can affect their objective quality.
As time passed, I found myself more interested in image analysis: building an understanding of images, and using them to make decisions. The expertise of CIS in this area is what drew me to Johns Hopkins.
